Our Inspection Services

Creation Engineerings provides professional industrial inspection services to help clients understand the true condition of their equipment, verify quality standards, and meet statutory and safety compliance requirements. Our inspection teams are equipped with modern diagnostic tools and issue structured reports with photographic evidence and clear recommendations.

Equipment Condition Assessment

Comprehensive health checks of machinery and production equipment — mechanical, electrical and control systems evaluated against manufacturer specifications and industry benchmarks.

Pre-Purchase Inspection

Independent evaluation of used or new equipment before purchase — verifying claimed specifications, identifying hidden defects and providing an unbiased technical opinion to support procurement decisions.

NDT Inspection

Non-destructive testing services including X-ray imaging, ultrasonic testing and visual inspection for welds, castings, PCBs and structural components — without dismantling the equipment.

Statutory & Safety Compliance Audit

Inspection against IS standards, factory act requirements, electrical safety codes and industry-specific regulations — with gap reports and remediation guidance to achieve compliance.

Thermographic Inspection

Infrared thermal imaging of electrical panels, switchgear, motors and mechanical components to detect hotspots, loose connections and insulation failures before they cause breakdowns.

Acceptance & FAT Inspection

Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and site acceptance inspections for newly procured equipment — verifying performance against purchase specs before final payment or commissioning sign-off.

Inspection Report Deliverables

  • Detailed Inspection Report — Findings documented systematically with photographic evidence, measurement data and test results for every inspection point.
  • Risk & Deficiency Summary — Issues ranked by severity (critical / major / minor) with recommended corrective actions and suggested timelines.
  • Equipment Health Score — Numerical health rating based on inspection findings, useful for benchmarking and trending equipment condition over time.
  • Maintenance Recommendations — Actionable PM schedule suggestions and repair priorities based on observed condition and remaining service life estimates.
  • Compliance Certificate — Official inspection certificate issued upon successful compliance verification, accepted by regulatory authorities and insurance providers.

Inspection Process

1
Scope Definition

Discuss inspection objectives, equipment list, applicable standards and report format. We issue a detailed inspection plan and checklist for client approval before the inspection date.

2
Documentation Review

Our engineer reviews existing maintenance records, calibration certificates, previous inspection reports and technical manuals prior to site visit.

3
On-Site Inspection

Systematic inspection against the agreed checklist — visual examination, operational testing, measurement verification and NDT where applicable. All findings photographed and recorded in real time.

4
Analysis & Report Preparation

Findings are analyzed, severity ranked and compiled into a professional report within 3–5 business days of the inspection visit.

5
Report Presentation & Follow-Up

Report walkthrough with the client team, Q&A session and — where needed — follow-up visits to verify corrective actions have been completed.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does an equipment inspection typically take?
Duration depends on the scope and number of equipment items. A single-machine condition assessment typically takes 2–4 hours on-site. A full facility compliance audit may require 1–3 days. We provide a time estimate when confirming the inspection scope.
Are your inspection certificates accepted by regulatory bodies?
Our inspection reports and certificates are prepared against recognized national and international standards (IS, IEC, ISO). Acceptance by a specific regulatory body depends on their requirements — we advise clients on the applicable standards for their use case during scoping.
Can you inspect equipment that is still in production (running condition)?
Many inspection activities — especially thermographic scanning, vibration analysis and visual checks — can be performed on running equipment. Some checks require a brief controlled shutdown. We plan inspections to minimize production disruption.
Do you offer pre-purchase inspection for second-hand equipment?
Yes — pre-purchase inspection is one of our most requested services. We independently assess the equipment's true condition, compare against the seller's claims and provide a clear pass/fail opinion with supporting evidence to help you negotiate or make a confident purchase decision.
