What is O&M Service?

Operation & Maintenance (O&M) services from Creation Engineerings provide a structured, contract-based framework for managing your industrial assets. We deploy trained engineers and technicians at your facility who take responsibility for the daily operation, preventive maintenance, and performance optimization of your equipment and systems.

Our O&M model transitions equipment management from a reactive "fix when broken" approach to a proactive, data-driven regime — reducing total cost of ownership and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Scope of O&M Services

Preventive Maintenance (PM)Scheduled PM routines per OEM recommendations — lubrication, filter changes, calibration checks and functional testing.
Corrective & Breakdown MaintenanceRapid response to unplanned failures. Fault diagnosis, parts replacement and return-to-service — minimizing production loss.
Performance MonitoringContinuous tracking of KPIs — OEE, MTBF, MTTR. Monthly reporting with trend analysis and improvement recommendations.
Dedicated On-Site TeamResident engineers and technicians stationed at your facility for full-time coverage during production shifts.
Operator TrainingRegular skill-development sessions for your plant operators — safe operation, basic troubleshooting and SOP adherence.
Spare Parts ManagementCritical spare inventory at your facility, consumption tracking and JIT replenishment to avoid stockout delays.
Documentation & ComplianceMaintenance logs, equipment history cards, inspection certificates and statutory compliance documentation maintained up-to-date.

O&M Engagement Process

1
Asset Survey & Condition Assessment

Our engineers perform a comprehensive baseline survey of all equipment — condition assessment, criticality ranking, and documentation of existing maintenance records.

2
O&M Plan Development

We develop a customized Maintenance Management Plan including PM schedules, KPIs, staffing plan, spare parts list and escalation matrix — reviewed and agreed before contract start.

3
Mobilization & Knowledge Transfer

Resident team mobilization, site familiarization, CMMS setup and a structured knowledge-transfer from the client's existing team.

4
Ongoing Operations

Day-to-day operations, PM execution, breakdown response, permit-to-work management and real-time reporting through our maintenance management system.

5
Performance Reviews

Monthly and quarterly performance reviews with the client — OEE trends, cost tracking, reliability improvements and next-period planning.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is O&M different from an AMC?
An AMC is primarily a maintenance contract where we visit periodically for service. O&M goes further — our resident team manages day-to-day operations of your facility, acts as an extension of your team, and is responsible for uptime targets contractually. O&M is better suited for larger facilities or when clients want to outsource the entire equipment management function.
Do you supply the spare parts under O&M?
Spare parts can be structured as client-supplied or CE-supplied (with mark-up) depending on the contract model agreed. We always recommend maintaining a critical-spares inventory at the facility and can manage procurement on your behalf.
What industries do you serve with O&M?
We serve semiconductor fabs, EV battery manufacturers, solar energy plants, testing laboratories, furniture manufacturers, pharmaceutical production facilities, and general industrial plants across India.
Can we include operator training in the O&M contract?
Yes — operator training is a standard component of our O&M engagements. We conduct structured training programs for your production team covering safe operation, basic troubleshooting and emergency response procedures.
