Service Overview
Creation Engineerings provides end-to-end PLC programming services for industrial automation systems. Our certified automation engineers have hands-on experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, Schneider Electric, and Delta PLC platforms, covering everything from simple machine control to complex multi-axis motion systems.
We work across industries including semiconductor manufacturing, battery production, environmental testing, textiles, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and general manufacturing — delivering automation programs that improve productivity, repeatability, and operational safety.
What's Included
- Requirements Analysis — Detailed review of your process, control philosophy, safety requirements, and integration needs before any programming begins.

Our Programming Process
Step 01
Site Survey & Scoping
We visit your site to assess existing infrastructure, process requirements, safety considerations, and hardware specifications. A detailed scope of work is agreed upon before any programming begins.
Step 02
Control Design & I/O Mapping
We design the control architecture, define I/O points, select communication protocols (Profibus, Profinet, EtherNet/IP, Modbus), and create the functional design specification (FDS).
Step 03
Program Development & Simulation
The PLC program is developed, thoroughly commented, and simulated using offline testing tools to verify all sequences, interlocks, and safety functions before going to site.
Step 04
Commissioning & Sign-Off
We commission the system on-site, perform dry-run and live-run testing, verify all alarms and safeties, and hand over with complete documentation and signed acceptance test reports.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a typical PLC programming project take?
Project duration depends on complexity. Simple single-machine programs take 1–2 weeks. Complex multi-machine systems with SCADA can take 4–12 weeks. We provide a detailed project schedule during scoping.
Do you provide source code and documentation?
Yes. All work we deliver includes the full commented source code, I/O documentation, wiring diagrams, and operator/maintenance manuals. All intellectual property is transferred to the client upon payment.
Can you work on a PLC system you did not originally program?
Yes. We regularly take over, audit, and modify existing PLC programs regardless of who originally wrote them. We perform a thorough program review before making any changes.
Do you provide ongoing support after commissioning?
All programming projects include a 30-day post-commissioning support period. We also offer ongoing support through our AMC and remote support service packages.
